Trenchless Sewer Pipe Lining Experts
In rare situations we will recommend lining your sewer pipe. This lining is a flexible tube coated with resin that is blown or pulled into the damaged pipe and inflated. The resin then hardens, creating a pipe within a pipe that is jointless.
This trenchless method is cost effective but does limit the diameter of your sewer pipe and is subject to corrosion from harsh chemicals. The process is effective for older properties with dated pipe systems. The epoxy we use to repair pipes from the inside out can help even older pipes last another 50 years. From 3″ to 60″ we have he capabilities to handle any size job.
Trenchless Sewer Pipe Bursting Specialists
This method is often desirable to avoid disturbing your yard, hardscaping, sidewalk and driveway. We use our own hydraulically powered pipe bursting system that pulls a seamless, high-quality, HDPE pipe, exactly in the place of the previous pipe.
This process is considered superior to pipe lining where a new “sleeve” is pulled through the existing pipe. Why? With bursting the new pipe is the same diameter as the previously installed pipe and doesn’t lose the capacity that the liner would take up. A liner is also more susceptible to damage and corrosion from harsh cleaners and chemicals.
